Pests:
For the safety and well-being of our team, other clients, and our equipment/supplies, your home MUST be FREE of ANY and ALL living or dead (including eggs) pests prior to our cleaning service. Even if the home was bombed to try and eliminate pests, it does not guarantee the complete elimination. If the home needs to be bombed, or already was bombed for pests, a biohazard cleaning company must do the cleanup. This includes, but is not limited to, insects, rodents, and any signs of infestation. If pests are present during our scheduled cleaning, we must leave and cancel the appointment until the issues have been FULLY remedied by a biohazard cleaning company (with provided proof) to ensure the health and safety of our team, clients, and equipment/supplies. In this circumstance, an $80 charge will apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a clean and pest-free environment for all of us.
Smoke-Free Home:
To ensure a healthy and odor-free environment for both our team and our clients, it is required that all homes be smoke-free for our cleaning services. The home must not smell like smoke. This includes refraining from smoking indoors or near open windows before or during the cleaning appointment. Smoke residue can linger on surfaces, fabrics, and inside cleaning equipment, affecting the quality of the cleaning and potentially causing discomfort for those sensitive to smoke. Your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment is greatly appreciated and will contribute to a fresh and pleasant cleaning experience.
Black Mold:
For the safety of our clients and our team, we do not clean black mold. Black mold remediation requires specialized training, equipment, and procedures to ensure proper handling and prevent health risks associated with exposure to mold spores. If black mold is present in your property, we recommend seeking the services of a certified mold remediation specialist for safe and effective removal. Thank you for understanding.
Please note that if your home has pests, black mold, and/or smells like smoke, you are not eligible to have your home cleaned by me.
**Before Our Arrival**:
To ensure optimal cleaning results, please remove items from the floors and tidy up surfaces. Surfaces should be clutter-free to facilitate thorough cleaning. If surfaces are 70% cluttered, they will not be cleaned. Large amounts of items or clutter piled up will not be moved; they will be cleaned around due to time constraints and workflow. Tidy areas allow for our team to clean thoroughly!
**Dog Policy**:
For homes with dogs, please note that ALL dogs MUST be crated or secured in a separate room during the cleaning service. This precaution is essential to prevent any potential accidents or disruptions during the cleaning process. A $50 fee will apply for dogs not crated. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping your furry friends safe while we work to provide you with a sparkling clean home. Thank you for your understanding and assistance in maintaining a smooth and enjoyable cleaning experience.
**Dishes**:
Please note that the sink must be empty in order to be cleaned. A sink full of dishes will not be cleaned due to our policies.
**Pet Messes**:
Accidents happen, but please take care of any pet messes before our arrival. If any are present, we'll make a note and clean around them.
**Special Requests**:
If you'd like to add extra services to your cleaning, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to prepare accordingly.
**Weather Policy**:
Safety is a top priority for us. If road conditions are unsafe, we will cancel all services for the day. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
**Refunds Policy**:
We take pride in our service quality. Should you encounter any issues with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours, and we'll promptly address the situation. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for completed services.
**Respectful Behavior**:
Mutual respect is essential to fostering a positive and professional relationship between Pink Crown Cleaning Co and our clients. It is expected that ALL interactions during cleaning appointments be conducted in a respectful and courteous manner. Any behavior deemed disrespectful, inappropriate, or disruptive will not be tolerated. Such behavior may result in an additional charge and will result in immediate cancellation of the appointment and the inability to utilize our services in the future. We value open communication and collaboration with our clients and appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a respectful environment during our interactions. Thank you for your understanding and adherence to this policy.
**Child Supervision**:
For the safety and well-being of both our team and your children, if children are in the home, it is required that an adult aged 18 or over be present in the home to accompany them during the cleaning service. This policy ensures that there is adequate supervision for the children and allows us to focus on providing a thorough and efficient cleaning experience without any safety concerns. Your cooperation in adhering to this policy is appreciated and contributes to a smooth and successful cleaning appointment.
