We acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances can arise, leading to the need for appointment cancellations. If you find it necessary to cancel your booking with more than 24 hours' notice before your scheduled cleaning, we are happy to accommodate a rescheduled appointment at your convenience.
In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a fee will be applied. This fee helps offset the costs associated with reserving your time slot and compensates the cleaning professional who has allocated time for your service.
Should an unforeseen circumstance require same-day cancellation, we will apply a charge a percentageof the estimated booking quote. We have already dedicated our day to serve you, and filling that time slot on short notice presents challenges.
